- Return Airport Transfer (Tawau Airport - Semporna Jetty - Tawau Airport) about 75 mins per way
- Return Boat Transfer (Semporna Jetty - Resort - Semporna Jetty) about 45 mins per way

- Inclusive 1 snorkelling with equipment. Extra boat snorkelling trip is chargeable at RM 50 per person per trip.
- Unlimited House Reef Snorkelling (between 8am - 6pm)

- 3 guided Boat Dives Daily (Sipadan, Mabul and Kapalai; one each daily) except arrival and departure days
- Unlimited House Reef Dives (between 6am - 6pm, excludes night dives)
- All dives are inclusive of tanks, weights and weight belt; rental of equipment can be arranged at resort
This package excludes:
- Personal Insurance/Miscellaneous/Expenses
- Local Flight Tickets + Malaysia Airport Tax
- Entry Permit Fee for Sipadan Island (please pay resort directly)
- Alcoholic Drinks + etc (not mentioned above)
Notes:
- The above rates (RM) are strictly valid for Malaysians, Singaporeans and Expatriates residing in Malaysia only (must show proof of residency)
- For Non Malaysians, please refer to the chart above (The Package Price will be based in USD)
- Boat Schedule (Semporna - SWV, 0900, 1200, 1530) / Boat Schedule (SWV - Semporna, 0630, 1000, 1400)
- For Single Person/Traveller, please add 50% to the listed price
- Please bring along your certification card or log book for verification. Otherwise, diving will be refused upon failure to show proof of certification and log
- Sipadan diving is subject to BKN approval
- Please take note that entry permit fee to Sipadan Island (RM 40 per person per day) will be payable at the resort
- Please bring identity document of children and infants to facilitate smooth process through immigration
- Junior Cottage is equipped with Twin Beds
- For Double Beds / Queen Size Beds (limited units), please top up the difference for Standard Cottage
